
Sea Sabres

2 cups cooked, flaked fish
¼ cup sliced almonds, toasted
1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped celery
¼ teaspoon curry powder
½ cup mayonnaise
Leaf lettuce
Step 1: Gently combine all ingredients except lettuce.
Step 2: Serve on leaf lettuce.
Yield: 4 servings.
