Cream Cheese |

2 Tbsp |
Milk |

1 #2 can |
Crab Meat, well drained (I prefer fresh frozen crab |
|
¾ cup |
Chili sauce (store bought) |
|
Parsley or chives |
|
Soften cream cheese with milk; mound on serving plate. Spread crab meat over cream cheese; pour
chili sauce over all. Garnish with
parsley, chill for several hours.
Surround by assorted crackers when ready to serve. Yields 1-2 cups
