Crab Meat Appetizers

1 8oz package

Cream Cheese

2 Tbsp

Milk

1 #2 can

Crab Meat, well drained (I prefer fresh frozen crab

¾ cup

Chili sauce (store bought)

Parsley or chives

 

Soften cream cheese with milk; mound on serving plate.  Spread crab meat over cream cheese; pour chili sauce over all.  Garnish with parsley, chill for several hours.  Surround by assorted crackers when ready to serve.  Yields 1-2 cups
